We live in the world of accelerating changes. “As usual” is no longer valid, because what “does not exist” today, will become tomorrow as everyday reality. If the Hi-Tech (High Technologies) was the most prestigious progress’ symbol in the second half of the twentieth century, then in the first half of the 21st century it became the Hi-Hum (High Human Technologies), i.e. technologies for the development and support of a human (i.e. a person, not a technology). From the moment of birth until death, a person does not remain the same over the time, but he/she changes and develops in various directions and spheres.
The main idea of our project is to connect the past (genetic inclinations) with the present (development of abilities) and the future (implementation of the life potential) of a person, and to show him/her possible ways of life success and to support him/her by giving the necessary information about the individual hidden characteristics.
Every child comes to this world with a wide range of inclinations. But just as metal ore in the ground does not mean that a car or an airplane will be built from it, so inclinations do not guarantee that a person born with them will become a recognized talent. The inclinations must be developed in abilities that their bearer can realize and receive recognition as a talent.
Everyone can develop higher abilities, but not everyone knows what and how to do for this. Talents and abilities are resources that society should not neglect and lose.
We're not going to create any elite. Gifted children and talented youth are not special. They are just different, and because they are different, they have special needs. We strive to create favorable conditions for children and youth, which will help them to develop their special abilities and talents with dignity, to realize them by choosing and going own way in life.
The mental and physical health of children and their happiness are criteria of our work. To meet these criteria, we use our own experience and knowledge, as well as the experience of other countries and peoples, because global digitalization and freedom of movement create the opportunity and need for representatives of different civilizational cultures to communicate, each of which is rich in their own way.
Our mission is to help gifted and talented children succeed in learning, and most importantly, in life. We identify and evaluate what is good for a particular child, and then help him/her to build personal future accounting his/her interests and capabilities. Children and teenagers trust us because we believe in them.
The Talent Development Center is a suitable place for gifted children and talented youth, their families and all those who are not indifferent to the future of the new generation. The center operates both in the digital and in the usual physical world, i.e. in the world in which the current generation of people is developing.
We do not set the task of training young people for successful schooling and academic achievement. Our goal is to develop individual skills of thinking, perception of the world and the maximum development of everyone's intellectual abilities.
Talent Development Center (hereinafter referred to as the “TDC”) Purpose is a development of special and general abilities, as well as a development of the talents of each student on this basis, development and implementation into practice of the latest educational technologies for the abilities’ development and talents of children and youth.

* Identifying and creating conditions for the development of the talents of a young person in accordance with his/her natural potential.
* Formation of an innovative-minded elite.
* Identification of the general and current development potential of a young person.
* Development of individual recommendations for possible and appropriate training and obtaining a particular vocation.
* Informational and psychological-pedagogical support for the individual development of a young person.
* Training talented youth for research activity.
* Promotion the creation of a national network of Talent Development Centers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) area.

• Assistance in activities related to the creation of social "lifts" for talented youth (school - university - professional realization of the person).
• Formation of the country's innovative elite, which understands the role and influence of ergonomics/human factor on the social & technical field, systemic design and operation of new technology.
• Selection and support of gifted children and talented youth in the field of science and research.
• Preparing talented youth for successful participation in international competitions for research projects.
• Creation of a database of talented youth (pupils/students of CTDs).
• Creation of a web resource for remote interaction with pupils/students.
• Creation and support of the activity of the Club of Innovative Thinking.
• Development of new methods and technologies for identifying and developing talent that meet the requirements of the digital society.
• Linking the CTD and the European Talent Support Network and international networks.
• Organizing and conducting an exchange of talented students with the corresponding centers of other countries.
