An experienced manager or employee of the personnel department can determine in 2-3 minutes what his interlocutor is worth; An HR specialist can do this in a couple of hours. What distinguishes these ratings? Accuracy ! Do we always know the true assessment of our abilities? There are thousands of publicly available tests and methods, dozens of implementations of each of them, but for some reason (!?) An error in the estimate of 20% is considered acceptable.
